Production times vary depending on your order, but will typically we allow between 1 - 4 weeks to produce your items.

We recommend that you order your items in the following time frames for the smoothest experience:

Order your Save the Dates and Bridal Party Gifting items as soon as you have booked your venue and have your date set in stone. This is usually 12 - 18 months in advance, allowing your guests to plan ahead and ensure they can make it to your special day.

Invitations should be mailed to your guests around 3 - 6 months prior to your event., so its best to order around 4 weeks prior which will allow plenty of time. If you are having a destination wedding, we recommend to send your invites out earlier than this, to allow your guest to make travel and accommodation plans.

Your RSVP date should be set at least 1 month prior to the event date, to ensure you have enough time to organise any on the day items.

On the Day items typically are purchased 2 months in advance of your big day. This allows for plenty of design and production time as well as shipping time.

We suggest you look up current wait times via Australia Post, however as a general rule:

Express Post: 2 - 4 business days

Standard Post: 5 - 7 business days

Large Signage Courier: 3-8 business days

Yes! We offer sample colour swatches in both our Acrylic and Card Stock ranges. We also offer our Stationary Sample Sets in a range of designs, colours and shapes.

If you are in need of a rushed order, it is best for you to contact us first and we can discuss time frames with you. Most of our items are produced in house, however some items are ordered in specially.

Please note, rushed order will come with an additional cost.
