What is the process?

  • 1. Place Your Order

    We have a wide range of design and product options for you to purchase anytime through our website.

    If you have selected to receive a Design Proof, this will be provided to you via email within 3 - 5 business days. 

  • 2. Changes + Approval

    Once you have received your Design Proof, please provide any changes to your wording, colour or shape choices. You are able to make two revisions free of charge.

  • 3. Production

    Once you have approved your design for production, we will then begin creating your items.

    Production times vary depending on your order, but will typically take between 1 - 4 weeks.

  • 4. Delivery

    Once your items are created, we will assemble, pack your order and organise delivery to you. 

    We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries, with the option for Express or Standard Delivery.

When should I place my order?

  • 6 - 12 Months Out

    Bridal Party Gifting

    Save The Date are sent out 6 to 12 months prior to your event.

    It is common for your Bridesmaids/Groomsmen to be presented with a gift to request their presence at your wedding. Most couples will do this 12 - 18 months out so they can involve them in the wedding organisation process.

  • 4 - 6 Months Out

    Invitation Stationary

    Invitiation Stationary (including Details, RSVP cards or any additional cards required) are sent to your guests at least 12 weeks prior to your big day.

    RSVP date should be set at least 6 weeks before your wedding to allow enough time for you to finalise your guest list for your on the day stationary and signage.

  • 4 - 8 Weeks Out

    Extra Detail Items

    We prefer all On the Day Signage to be ordered 4 - 8 weeks prior to your event to ensure design, production and shipping process can be met.

    Please don't worry if you have not completed your guest lists or menus yet, however we do require you to email this to us at least 1 month prior to your big day.

    We can co-ordinate rush orders, but there will incur an additional fee. If you require a rush order, please email us your details and we will let you know if we can make your time frame, and the additional cost incurred.

Production Methods

  • Laser

    We use in-house laser cutting and etching for a premium look to all of your event signage, decor and gifting items. This process allows for us to custom cut any shape or size, and forever etched beautifully for a high quality look. All signage is created from our acrylic range with layered acrylic lettering for all main headings and etched and ink filled for smaller delicate text. Any decor items such as ring boxes and coat hangers are laser etched.

  • Digital Colour

    Digital printing can be done on any of our card stock and is the most cost effective method.

    Black ink looks fabulous on almost any colour paper, apart from any dark tones.

    For coloured text designs, we recommend choosing a porcelain or ivory card stock colour to provide a nice blank canvas for your coloured inks to shine. 

  • White Ink

    White ink printing is a similar method to digital colour printing, however instead of printing your design in colour, your design is printed in all white using a specialist 2 pass White Ink Digital Press.

    Please note, white ink printing is only available on darker coloured card stock.
